1. Agreement & Eligibility

By purchasing, downloading, or using Illegal Enhancements (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Use of the Service is permitted only for individuals aged 13 and older. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Nature of Service

Illegal Enhancements provides a modification client for Minecraft. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

3. Licensing & Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software.

• Device Limit: Each license is restricted to one user and one unique hardware ID (HWID).
• No Redistribution: Sharing, reselling, or leasing your license key is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchases & Refunds

• Delivery: License keys are delivered immediately following a successful purchase.
• Activation: A license is considered "active" upon its first use.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service, all payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable local law.

5. Third-Party Resellers

If you choose to purchase Illegal Enhancements through a third-party reseller, you do so at your own risk. By doing so, you agree to the following:

• No Liability: We hold absolutely no liability for transactions made outside of our official platforms. If a reseller scams you, fails to deliver the product, or provides an invalid key, we cannot assist you.
• Disputes & Chargebacks: We are not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or any conflicts arising between you and a third-party reseller.
• No Support or Refunds: We cannot issue refunds, replace keys, or provide purchase support for transactions that did not occur directly through us.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the Service, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, leak, or share the client files.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the software.
• Circumvent our licensing or authentication systems.
• Exploit software bugs to disrupt the Service for others.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if these terms are violated. Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific performance levels, 100% uptime, or permanent undetectability against third-party anti-cheat systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Illegal Enhancements is not responsible for:

• Bans, restrictions, or loss of access to third-party accounts (e.g., Minecraft accounts).
• Any data loss or hardware issues resulting from the use of the software.
• Direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. Continued use of the client after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
